Refund Policy

At EuroStyle Cabinets LA, each cabinet is custom-designed, locally manufactured, and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we follow the refund guidelines outlined below.

1. Custom Order Policy

​

All cabinet orders are custom-built based on your approved design and measurements. As such, these items are non-refundable once production has begun.

​

2. Order Cancellations

​

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. If production has not started, your order may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to an administrative fee.

3. Incorrect or Defective Items

​

If your cabinets are delivered with damage or defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, provide:

  • A replacement part or panel

  • A repair or adjustment solution

  • A full cabinet replacement (only if the item is beyond repair and under warranty)

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement or repair is not feasible.

4. Customer Responsibilities

​

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Approve all final measurements and designs before production

  • Be present for delivery and inspect the order at the time of arrival

  • Provide a clear, accessible delivery path and proper site conditions

We cannot issue refunds for cabinets that do not fit due to incorrect approvals, installation issues, or changes in project scope after production.

5. Delivery Issues

​

In rare cases where delivery is delayed or missed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply chain issues), we will reschedule your delivery at no extra cost. Refunds are not issued for delivery delays.

We aim to deliver high-quality, long-lasting cabinetry and excellent service with every order. While refunds are limited due to the custom nature of our work, we’re committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
